Namespace Valheim.Testing.Bindings
Classes
- BindingCheck
Checks, without loading or running anything, that a built mod's references into the supplied game assemblies still bind: every type, field and method (properties and events are their accessor methods) that the mod's code, signatures, attributes and metadata name. A reference the runtime could not bind (a removed or renamed member, a changed signature or field type, a removed type) is reported in Missing with the mod methods that use it; the runtime would throw
MissingFieldException,MissingMethodExceptionorTypeLoadExceptiononly when it first compiled one of them. A member that still exists but is not accessible from the mod goes to Access instead: a mod built against publicized assemblies references non-public members on purpose. References into assemblies that were not supplied are counted in NotChecked, never reported as missing.
- BindingCheckCommand
The
valheim-bindingscommand (Valheim.Testing.Bindings.Tool), callable from a test too. Exit codes: Binds when every checked reference binds, Fails when any is missing (or, with--fail-on-access, when a non-accessible member is used withoutIgnoresAccessChecksTo), and Incomplete for bad arguments, an unreadable or malformed file or a required assembly that was not supplied.
- BindingCheckOptions
What BindingCheck checks a mod against.
- BindingFinding
One referenced type or member, with every place in the mod that uses it.
- ReferencedAssembly
An assembly the mod references and the number of distinct types and members it uses there: in Checked a supplied one (with its Path), in NotChecked one that was not supplied, so its references were not checked (no path).
